Freelance Recruiter

About the role

MGT is looking for a full-time remote Freelance Recruiter who sources, screens and coordinates candidates across a range of industries and technical fields. The recruiter works directly with clients or internal stakeholders to find suitable people for each assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify role requirements with clients or internal stakeholders
• Prepare and post job advertisements
• Proactively search for talent through multiple channels
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments
• Manage candidate pipelines and schedule interviews with hiring teams
• Provide feedback and maintain accurate records in recruitment tools or applicant tracking systems
• Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth, inclusive and timely hiring process

Required profile

• Demonstrated end-to-end recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating offers
• Familiarity with hiring for technology and non-technology roles, preferably in IT, Telecom, Banking, Engineering or similar sectors
• Previous experience as a freelance or agency recruiter preferred; a degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field is an advantage
• Ability to work remotely, manage several requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Required skills

• Proficiency with online recruitment platforms, social media sourcing, professional networks and applicant tracking systems
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Attention to detail and understanding of inclusive hiring practices
