Influencer Campaign Coordinator – Remote Full-Time

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking an Influencer Campaign Coordinator to drive the end‑to‑end execution of high‑volume influencer initiatives. You will act as the operational hub of the influencer team, turning strategic concepts into measurable results for our e‑commerce partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement influencer marketing plans aligned with brand goals and KPIs.
• Identify, vet, and engage influencers whose audiences match target demographics.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with influencers, agencies, and partner brands.
• Oversee campaign timelines, content creation schedules, and deliverable tracking.
• Review influencer content to ensure brand identity and messaging consistency.
• Analyze performance data using analytics tools and produce actionable insights.
• Collaborate with social media and paid‑marketing teams to ensure cross‑channel synergy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in influencer marketing or related campaign management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Deep familiarity with major social media platforms and current influencer trends.
• Strong analytical mindset for interpreting performance metrics.
• Creative and passionate approach to brand innovation.
