Influencer Campaign Coordinator – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an Influencer Campaign Coordinator to drive the planning and execution of high‑volume influencer initiatives for TalentPop App. In this fully remote position you will act as the operational hub of our influencer department, ensuring campaigns move smoothly from strategy to performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop influencer marketing plans that align with brand objectives and KPIs.
• Identify, engage and onboard influencers that match target audiences.
• Maintain relationships with influencers, agencies and partner brands.
• Manage campaign timelines, content creation schedules and deliverables.
• Review influencer content to ensure brand identity and messaging consistency.
• Analyze performance data using analytics tools and produce insight‑rich reports.
• Collaborate with social media and paid‑marketing teams to create integrated campaign experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or related campaign management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current influencer trends.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Creative and passionate about brand innovation.
