Influencer Marketing Assistant – TikTok Focus

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a creative and organized Influencer Marketing Assistant to support our TikTok campaigns. You will work remotely, helping the team identify trends, coordinate with creators, and keep our brand voice consistent across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor TikTok trends and propose brand‑aligned content ideas.
• Maintain the TikTok content calendar and liaise with creators or internal teams.
• Research, shortlist, and outreach to potential influencers.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and expectations for each collaboration.
• Measure and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Optionally respond to TikTok DMs and comments using the client’s brand voice.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, outreach, or customer support.
• Strong familiarity with TikTok culture and creator ecosystem.
• Excellent written English and professional messaging etiquette.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple schedules and pipelines.
• Self‑starter with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
