Influencer Outreach Specialist – Remote Full-Time

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a remote Influencer Outreach Specialist to act as the primary liaison between the brand and the creator community. You will identify, engage and nurture relationships with influencers that align with our e‑commerce campaigns, turning partnerships into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source and outreach to influencers who match campaign objectives.
• Design influencer marketing plans with clear KPIs and measurable goals.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with creators and talent agencies.
• Oversee campaign timelines, content production and deliverables from start to finish.
• Provide creative direction and ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines.
• Analyse performance data using analytics tools and produce optimisation reports.
• Collaborate with social media and content teams to integrate influencer assets seamlessly.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer or digital marketing.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
• Passion for brand storytelling and innovative campaign concepts.
