About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a proactive Influencer Outreach Specialist to become the primary liaison between the brand and the creator community. You will identify, engage, and nurture relationships with influencers who can amplify our e‑commerce initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage influencers that align with campaign objectives.
• Develop influencer marketing plans with clear KPIs.
• Maintain professional relationships with creators and talent agencies.
• Oversee campaign timelines, content creation, and deliverables.
• Provide creative direction and ensure content meets brand standards.
• Analyze performance data and produce optimization reports.
• Collaborate with social media and content teams for integrated campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer or digital marketing.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to turn data into actionable insights.
