Influencer Partnerships Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Partnerships Specialist to lead end‑to‑end influencer marketing campaigns for e‑commerce brands. The role is fully remote and focuses on building long‑term creator relationships that drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Identify, vet and onboard creators whose audiences align with brand objectives.
• Develop clear briefs and guide creators to produce high‑quality, on‑brand content.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables and campaign flow with minimal supervision.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse results and optimise future campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and impact.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in influencer or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of managing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with creators and partners.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, trends and creator ecosystems.
• Ability to balance creativity with data‑driven decision making.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable in a fast‑paced remote environment.
