About the role
Yegna Microfinance Institution S.C. is seeking an Interest Free Microfinance Business Relationship Manager-I to join its team in Addis Ababa. This permanent position supports the institution’s mission to provide tailored financial products for low‑income individuals, women, youth and SMEs.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of overall experience, with at least 1 year in a senior position within banking or micro‑finance.
- MA/B.A degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields.
