Internal Communications Manager

About the role

The Internal Communications Manager will ensure that employees stay informed, engaged, and inspired. You will design and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy that aligns with the company’s overall objectives and promotes a strong sense of belonging.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging content for newsletters, intranet, announcements, and town‑hall meetings.
• Plan and deliver interactive quarterly and annual employee events, both virtual and face‑to‑face.
• Develop quarterly roadshow decks and other internal presentations for senior management.
• Oversee internal communication channels, drive adoption, and continuously improve channel infrastructure.
• Collaborate with all functions to launch initiatives that boost employee engagement, feedback, and recognition.
• Support change‑management projects with clear, consistent messaging.
• Track, analyse, and report on communication effectiveness, using metrics to refine strategies.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, political science, or a related field.
