IT Business Solutions Manager

About the role

The IT Business Solutions Manager will shape and execute the IT solution strategy for the market or cluster, aligning technology initiatives with the annual and strategic business plans. Reporting to the D&IT Director, you will act as the primary solution architect, ensuring that IT services support growth and transformation objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Engage proactively with business stakeholders to understand commercial processes and define solution strategies that align with market priorities.
• Serve as an IT solution consultant, mapping technologies and services to the business plan.
• Assess demand for IT solutions against business priorities and resource capacity.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, design and delivery of IT solutions for transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate change requests, resource planning and project staffing with the IT Cluster Lead.
• Document business requirements, data flows and migration needs, ensuring data integrity and compliance with risk policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT solution architecture and consulting within a commercial environment.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing change requests and coordinating cross‑functional project teams.
