Italian / English Gaming Support Agent

About the role

As a Gaming Support Agent you will provide bilingual (Italian and English) assistance to players of an assigned game studio. Working remotely, you will help resolve account, technical, purchase and gameplay issues while ensuring a smooth player experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer support tickets and live chats for game‑related queries.
• Troubleshoot account, technical and purchase problems.
• Stay updated on the client’s latest game releases, updates and branding.
• Collaborate with a team of agents, a Team Lead and an Operations Manager.
• Complete assisted training modules to develop support skills.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in both Italian and English.
• Residence in Albania, Algeria, Argentina, Egypt, Ethiopia, Kosovo, Philippines or Tunisia.
• Strong passion for video games and solid gaming knowledge.
• Fast learner, proactive and strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Quiet dedicated workspace at home (optional).
• Previous experience in a customer‑service environment is a plus.
