Junior Full-Stack Developer (Laravel & Vue/React)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Full‑Stack Developer to join our engineering team in Addis Ababa. You will work on modern web applications built with Laravel on the backend and Vue or React on the frontend, gaining hands‑on experience while contributing to real‑world projects. This position offers a supportive environment where you can develop both backend and frontend expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features for Laravel‑based applications.
• Implement interactive user interfaces using Vue.js or React.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with senior developers to review code and adopt best practices.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and code review sessions.
• Assist in debugging production issues and improving application performance.
• Help maintain clear documentation of code and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of practical experience with PHP or JavaScript.
• Eagerness to learn core computer‑science concepts and modern development workflows.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and willingness to receive mentorship.
