Junior IT Support Officer

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Support Officer to join our team in Addis Ababa. In this role you will help clients use our software platform by entering and managing their data, configuring the system on a variety of devices, and delivering hands‑on training and guidance.
Key responsibilities
- Enter, verify and maintain client data within the system.
- Install, configure and test the software on desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
- Provide on‑site and remote troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
- Conduct training sessions and create user guides for end‑users.
- Document support activities and report recurring problems to the development team.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in IT, Information Science or a related field.
- Strong communication and customer‑facing abilities.
- Ability to configure and troubleshoot software across different devices.
- Basic programming knowledge is a plus.
