Junior Logistics and Procurement Officer

About the role

The Junior Logistics and Procurement Officer will support the coordination of inbound and outbound logistics, assist procurement activities, and help maintain accurate inventory records. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates eager to develop a career in supply chain management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Support procurement tasks such as purchase requests, quotation collection, and supplier follow‑up.
• Maintain communication with suppliers and aid vendor relationship management.
• Help with inventory control and warehouse operations to ensure accurate stock records.
• Prepare and maintain logistics and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Monitor purchase orders and delivery schedules.
• Perform other related logistics and procurement duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Transport Management, Business Management or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience is acceptable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
