Logistics Assessor

About the role

Laguz Trading & Logistics is seeking a full‑time Assessor to evaluate and improve its logistics processes in Addis Ababa. You will ensure compliance with operational standards, analyse data, and produce detailed reports while working closely with internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate logistics processes and assess quality standards across operations.
• Ensure compliance with Ethiopian customs procedures and internal operational standards.
• Analyse operational data, generate insights, and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments and liaise with clients to address logistics issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and evaluation abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with Ethiopian customs procedures and portals.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work on‑site and adapt to changing priorities.
