About the role
Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Major Account Manager to partner with customers across Ethiopia and Tanzania, helping them secure their entire digital experience. This remote position drives large, complex sales cycles and connects prospects with comprehensive zero‑trust security solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and orchestrate end‑to‑end sales engagements for major accounts in the financial services sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and present tailored security solutions.
- Identify business challenges through consultative selling and propose appropriate Palo Alto Networks portfolios.
- Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape and position solutions effectively.
- Develop detailed territory plans, set clear sales goals, and provide accurate forecasting.
- Leverage customer stories to craft compelling value propositions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in enterprise or major account sales, preferably within cybersecurity or technology.
- Strong consultative selling skills with a track record of closing complex deals.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating across global teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
