About the role
Feta Tech is hiring a full-time, office-based Marketing & Customer Support person in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The role combines customer support, marketing and event coordination, and suits someone who takes initiative, learns quickly and enjoys working with people.
Key responsibilities
- Help customers with digital services and resolve issues using internal systems
- Communicate with clients
- Promote services online and in person
- Organize events and customer engagement activities
Required profile
- University degree in Management, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Languages, Literature or a related field
- Good spoken and written English and Amharic; interviews are held in English
- Currently residing in Addis Ababa and able to work from the office
- Confident, friendly, organized, comfortable handling customer concerns and solving problems
Required skills
- Good typing speed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Digital tools and basic graphic design
