Marketing Manager - BTL Focused

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager with a strong focus on Below‑the‑Line (BTL) activities to design and deliver on‑ground brand experiences. The role will lead the planning, execution and analysis of BTL campaigns for leading brands.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute BTL marketing campaigns.
• Manage brand activations, roadshows, events, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare post‑campaign reports.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in BTL marketing, brand activation, or event marketing.
• Strong project management and communication abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel frequently for field operations.
