Multi Sectoral Integrated Program Manager

About the role
The Multi‑Sectoral Integrated Program Manager provides strategic and technical leadership for the design, implementation, monitoring and adaptation of humanitarian interventions across all project sectors. This senior role ensures coherence, synergy and compliance with humanitarian standards while driving quality and innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and periodic review of an integrated technical strategy covering Education in Emergencies, Protection, WASH, Health, Nutrition, Shelter/NFI, MPCA, Emergency Agriculture and Humanitarian Information Management.
- Ensure all sector interventions align with Sphere, CHS, INEE Minimum Standards, cluster guidance, government policies and donor requirements.
- Oversee technical design, tools, SOPs and sector‑specific packages, embedding protection mainstreaming, safeguarding, PSEA, disability inclusion, gender equality, conflict sensitivity, climate resilience and accountability to affected populations.
- Establish systems for regular technical performance reviews, quality audits and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance during emergency escalations, disease outbreaks, natural disasters and access constraints.
- Lead risk analysis, mitigation planning and technical approval of work plans, budgets, procurement specifications and training curricula.
- Promote innovation, digital solutions and integrated response models for child wellbeing and social cohesion.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in humanitarian program management across multiple sectors.
- Strong knowledge of humanitarian principles, Sphere Standards, CHS and INEE Minimum Standards.
- Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and coordinate with local partners.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning and decision‑making skills.
Required skills
- Technical expertise in designing and monitoring sector‑specific interventions.
- Experience with quality assurance, audits and performance review systems.
- Competence in risk analysis, mitigation planning and emergency response coordination.
