Obstetrician / Gynecologist – Clinical Position

About the role

We are expanding our Maternal and Child Health clinical services and are looking for a dedicated Obstetrician/Gynecologist to provide comprehensive, high‑quality care in a values‑driven academic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver expert prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care to ensure the safety of mothers and infants.
• Perform routine and emergency obstetric and gynecological surgical procedures.
• Diagnose and treat disorders of the female reproductive system.
• Collaborate with midwifery, pediatric, and nursing teams.
• Participate in continuous quality‑improvement initiatives within the facility.

Required profile

• Medical Doctor (MD) degree with recognized specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Active, valid professional medical license to practice in Ethiopia.
• Proven track record of clinical excellence and compassionate patient care.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision‑making abilities.
