About the role

Under the supervision of the People and Culture Specialist, you will support the delivery of human‑resources services for UNICEF Ethiopia. The role focuses on applying HR best practices, ensuring compliance, and providing timely support to internal clients.

Key responsibilities

Partner with line managers to address workforce needs and promote effective communication.
Implement strategic HR initiatives and support the delivery of assigned HR services.
Coordinate learning and capacity‑development activities for staff.
Collect, analyse and report HR data to inform decision‑making.
Maintain seamless service delivery and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, International Relations, Psychology or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year relevant HR experience in an international organization or large corporation.
