About the role
The Specialist: People & Culture will provide end‑to‑end People & Culture support for East Africa Bottling Share Company in Ethiopia. Reporting to the Country Lead: People and Culture Services, the role focuses on delivering HR operations, talent management, employee relations, learning & development and change‑management initiatives that drive business performance and enhance the employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive HR operations that support day‑to‑day business needs.
- Manage talent acquisition, development and retention programmes.
- Handle employee relations matters while ensuring consistent application of People & Culture policies.
- Design, implement and facilitate learning and development activities.
- Lead change‑management projects that improve performance and employee experience.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in HR operations, talent management, employee relations, learning & development or change management.
