Pharmaceutical Marketing Manager

About the role

Lemmaxin Trading PLC seeks an experienced Pharmaceutical Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of its expanding pharmaceutical and nutraceutical portfolio across Ethiopia. You will shape market strategy, drive brand positioning, and ensure compliance with local regulations while collaborating with a dynamic field team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the product portfolio.
• Lead, coach, and coordinate the field marketing and medical sales teams across regional markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and distributors.
• Plan and launch new products, promotional campaigns, and brand positioning initiatives.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage the marketing budget, monitor ROI, and report performance metrics.
• Ensure full compliance with EFDA regulations and pharmaceutical marketing standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing or a related field (BPharm advantageous).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or sales, including team leadership.
• Deep knowledge of the Ethiopian pharma market and EFDA requirements.
• Fluency in Amharic and English.
