About the role

The Principal Human Resource Management Officer will lead the strategic HR function for the organization, ensuring that people initiatives align with business objectives and drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, workforce planning and organizational design.
• Draft, review and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Design talent succession frameworks and oversee employee performance management systems.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations and resolve complex issues.
• Leverage HR analytics to inform decision‑making and improve HR processes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development or a closely related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional HR experience, including at least 4 years in a senior HRM role.
• Proven track record of strategic HR leadership and organizational design.
