Process Optimization Specialist

About the role

AndyTec is seeking a skilled Process Optimization Specialist to analyze, design, and improve manufacturing processes. The role focuses on increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing product quality while collaborating closely with engineering, operations, and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes and map workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Design and implement optimized solutions that improve throughput, quality, and cost‑effectiveness.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct value‑stream mapping, process flow analysis, and root‑cause investigations.
• Utilize statistical tools and process control software to monitor performance.
• Lead project teams, manage timelines, and ensure delivery within budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in process optimization, manufacturing, or production engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with data‑driven decision making.
