  • Refer migrants to specialized services, follow up cases regularly, maintain beneficiary case files and keep MiMOSA up to date.
  • Verify the accuracy of returnee data and profiles, and prepare field missions for training, local procurement and beneficiary monitoring.
  • Coordinate with procurement and finance units, liaise with government and non-government counterparts at zonal and woreda levels, and report delivery shortfalls to supervisors and sending missions.

  • Bachelor's degree (three years' experience) or school diploma (five years' experience) in economics, management, social work, international relations, political science, humanitarian affairs, economic development, business, public administration or international studies.
  • Experience working with migrants, refugees, internally displaced persons and other vulnerable groups, including counseling and referral pathways.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships with government counterparts, NGOs, international organizations and the private sector.
  • Experience in return and reintegration, possibly AVRR, or in livelihood or protection programming; UN and NGO experience preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Amharic (oral and written); working knowledge of Afaan Oromoo and/or Tigrigna is highly desirable.
