Project Manager / Team Lead - CMS & MMS Manuals

About the role

China Rail Transit Engineering Consultancy (CRTEC) is looking for qualified and experienced professionals for a consultancy assignment in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, involving the review and preparation of Design, Construction Management System (CMS) and Maintenance Management System (MMS) manuals. The duty station is Addis Ababa, with possible field visits.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Civil, Road or Transport Engineering
• 18+ years of general road construction and/or design experience
• 15+ years in highway design, including at least 10 road design projects
• 7+ years of highway engineering experience in construction projects
• Experience preparing at least 3 road design manuals and/or standard technical specifications
• Experience leading consultancy assignments involving technical manuals and guidelines
• International project experience in at least 3 countries
