Site Project Manager

About the role

NEDF Studios is seeking a reliable and proactive Site Project Manager to lead daily construction activities, oversee site operations, and ensure project progress in Western Addis Ababa.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily reports covering progress, site photos, workforce attendance, completed activities, and challenges.
• Manage site personnel, subcontractors, and daily work assignments.
• Supervise construction to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor work schedules, identify delays, and coordinate timely solutions.
• Plan material requirements and track deliveries, usage, and storage.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain an organized working environment.
• Coordinate with the design team and report issues requiring clarification or approval.
• Take ownership of project delivery on site, ensuring accountability for quality, progress, and efficient use of resources.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and clear communication abilities.
• Practical construction knowledge and ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.
• Previous site supervision experience is an advantage.
