Property and Facility Manager

About the role

The Property and Facility Manager will be based on‑site in Addis Ababa, overseeing the daily management, maintenance and safety of EPM’s residential and commercial properties. This role works closely with relocation consultants, landlords, tenants and vendors to ensure high‑quality living standards and swift resolution of facility issues.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate repairs, maintenance activities and supervise service providers.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain accurate records of property conditions, contracts and budgets.
• Conduct regular on‑site inspections and manage occupancy, lease administration and tenant queries.
• Collaborate with relocation consultants and landlords to support clients’ housing‑related questions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in property and facility management, including maintenance coordination and vendor supervision.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple properties, schedules and budgets.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, landlords, contractors and internal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software and digital tools for documentation, reporting and property‑management workflows.
• Knowledge of local real‑estate practices, basic building systems, safety standards and regulatory requirements in Addis Ababa.
