Property Manager

About the role

Elmi Olindo Contractors is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations and overall management of its resort and building facilities in Addis Ababa. The role requires fluent communication in Oromigna (Afaan Oromoo), especially the Kube dialect.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the resort and company building facilities.
• Supervise staff responsible for cleaning, maintenance, security, gardening and other property services.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and proper upkeep of buildings, rooms, grounds and common areas.
• Monitor maintenance needs, coordinate repairs and oversee the use and maintenance of furniture, equipment and utilities.
• Track supplies, inventory and property‑related expenses, maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare operational reports and promptly report issues to management.

Required profile

• Fluent in Oromigna (Afaan Oromoo), particularly the Kube dialect.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum four years of experience in property management, hotel or resort operations, or facilities management.
