About the role

Hill Bottom Properties is looking for a motivated and results‑driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to join its growing team in Ethiopia. You will be responsible for generating leads, guiding prospects through the sales process, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and generate potential customers through walk‑ins, referrals, phone calls, and digital marketing leads.
  • Present property features, pricing structures, and payment options to prospective clients.
  • Arrange and conduct property tours and site visits for interested buyers.
  • Maintain regular follow‑up with prospects to convert them into confirmed buyers.
  • Negotiate sales terms and successfully close property deals.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities.
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of sales documentation.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in real‑estate sales.
  • Proven sales experience with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Good presentation and persuasion abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of the real‑estate market and legal processes.
  • Self‑motivated and results‑driven.
