About the role

Asli Nexus is expanding its elite sales force to market luxury real‑estate projects in Addis Ababa. The role focuses on generating, nurturing and closing high‑value transactions with high‑net‑worth buyers.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and engage premium leads through digital channels and personal networking.
  • Present luxury property portfolios, negotiate terms and close sales.
  • Maintain a strong personal brand on platforms such as Telegram, TikTok and Instagram.
  • Track leads, manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to align inventory with buyer expectations.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in real‑estate sales or high‑ticket B2C environments.
  • Self‑driven, resilient and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented setting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with high‑net‑worth clientele.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in using Telegram, TikTok and Instagram for lead generation.
