About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead commercial growth for East Africa Bottling Share Company in Addis Ababa and surrounding territories. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will act as a strategic leader, driving revenue, market share and operational excellence across the region.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets.
Lead, coach and performance‑manage Area Sales Managers and frontline sales teams.
Optimize Route‑to‑Market (RTM) execution and strengthen distributor partnerships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to inform commercial decisions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, budgeting and forecasting processes.

Required profile

Proven experience in sales leadership within FMCG or beverage sectors.
Track record of delivering sustainable growth in volume, revenue and market share.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable plans.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
