About the role

Join TalentPop App as a Remote Email Marketing Assistant and take charge of designing and executing email campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimise email campaigns aligned with brand and conversion goals.
• Write compelling copy and create visually engaging email designs tailored to target audiences.
• Monitor performance metrics using email analytics tools and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging.
• Stay updated on email marketing best practices, tools and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience managing email campaigns.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a knack for engaging content.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical and proactive mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
