About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to introduce our FDA‑approved AI‑based heart‑scanning platform to healthcare providers and academic institutions across the United States. You will be the first point of contact, generating interest, booking demos, and helping clinicians experience faster, more accessible cardiac diagnostics.
Key responsibilities
- Cold‑call medical offices, clinics, hospitals, and universities to offer free trials or live demos.
- Research and verify contact information for decision‑makers using Google Maps, healthcare directories, and internal CRM tools.
- Navigate receptionists, phone trees, and front‑desk staff to reach physicians or clinical leaders.
- Book discovery calls and demos for senior leadership.
- Log all outreach activity accurately in the CRM and follow up with concise, value‑driven emails or case studies.
- Collaborate with leadership to align outreach with the go‑to‑market strategy.
- Participate in training, mock calls, and coaching sessions to improve objection handling.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an SDR or cold‑calling representative selling to U.S. healthcare providers.
- Familiarity with U.S. healthcare terminology, provider workflows, and common pain points such as reimbursement and tech adoption.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to follow scripts while adding a natural, human tone.
- Availability to work full‑time (40 hours) aligned with EST.
Required skills
- Experience with lead‑sourcing or enrichment tools in the healthcare space (nice to have).
