Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo to HR and recruiting contacts in your network.
• Facilitate conversations that help prospects understand how the platform fits into their hiring workflow.
• Gather and share feedback to improve the product.
• Earn commissions for every successful client referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or consultant with an active network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that improve hiring outcomes.
• Comfortable communicating the value of an AI‑driven interview platform.
