Sales Development Representative

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing healthcare technology company, is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join its outbound sales team. The role focuses on generating qualified meetings with dental and medical practices across the United States, supporting the company’s mission to improve practice efficiency and patient acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100–150 outbound cold calls daily to SMB dental practices.
• Engage office managers and administrators with permission‑based openers and structured discovery questions.
• Book qualified demos for Account Executives, targeting 15–20 meetings held per month.
• Execute multi‑touch outreach sequences over 1–2 weeks to reach decision‑makers.
• Maintain accurate prospect activity and records in Salesforce.
• Qualify opportunities to achieve 70%+ meeting show rates.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups, weekly one‑on‑ones, call reviews and role‑play sessions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as an SDR or in a high‑volume outbound sales role.
• Ability to place 100–150 outbound cold calls per day.
• Experience executing 10–15 touch outreach sequences over 1–2 weeks.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with a neutral/minimal accent.
• Strong gatekeeper navigation and permission‑based outreach skills.
• Availability to work full‑time aligned with U.S. Eastern Time.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or similar CRM) proficiency.
• Experience with outbound dialing platforms such as Gong Engage or Nooks.
• Familiarity with meeting‑scheduling tools like Chili Piper.
