Sales Development Representative – On‑site in Addis Ababa

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our Addis Ababa office. In this full‑time position you will help expand HibLink Tech’s client network across the United States by generating new leads and setting up meetings with key decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential U.S. clients that could benefit from our remote professional services.
• Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails and social channels.
• Build and nurture professional relationships with prospects.
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inside sales or lead generation.
• Strong business development and sales acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with potential clients.

Required skills

• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
