Sales Manager – Africa Region

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our aviation aftermarket sales across the Africa region. You will shape strategy, build lasting relationships and drive growth in a fast‑moving industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the African aviation market to achieve and exceed targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, market segments and prospective clients such as airlines, MROs, aircraft operators and government agencies.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key stakeholders, customers and partners.
• Conduct market research on regional aviation trends, competitors and customer needs.
• Lead negotiations, close deals and ensure favourable terms while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technical, marketing and product teams to customise solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals and demonstrations.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and report regularly to senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences.
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the aircraft, aerospace or related commercial spares, logistics or engineering sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aerospace, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and consultative selling abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral presentation and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across the region and work within a global team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and PowerBI.
• Experience with ERP systems (desirable).
