Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive the company’s sales strategy, lead a high‑performing sales team, and ensure revenue targets are met. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, this role shapes sales initiatives and builds strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximise revenue.
• Lead, mentor and motivate a sales team, providing training and support.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and challenges.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing and prospective clients, delivering tailored solutions.
• Drive lead generation through networking, referrals, events and marketing initiatives.
• Continuously improve the sales process, leveraging best practices and technology.
• Set and monitor KPIs, reporting performance to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations and other departments to ensure alignment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and ethical standards.
