Sales Representative – Addis Ababa

About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive revenue growth in Addis Ababa. You will be responsible for executing sales activities, building relationships with key accounts, and promoting Etihad’s products and services in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Define, agree and execute sales plans to meet targets using tools, data and insights from Sales Strategy and Planning.
• Analyse market potential and convert prospects into revenue opportunities.
• Collect and consolidate information to identify intervention areas for regional business development.
• Establish and maintain business relationships with assigned and prospective accounts.
• Communicate regularly with accounts about new products, services and promotions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to major accounts to ensure long‑lasting relationships.
• Research competitor, market and industry information to shape the best‑selling approach.
• Collaborate with global sales enablement to determine optimal promotion techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across departments.
• Relevant commercial and analytical work experience.
