Sales & Support Virtual Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a remote Sales & Support Virtual Assistant to deliver exceptional customer experiences for multiple e‑commerce brands. You will combine sales expertise with customer service to help shoppers find the right products, resolve issues, and boost revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Provide real‑time assistance via live chat, email, SMS, and phone.
• Recommend products, guide purchase decisions, and identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
• Handle order inquiries, including shipping, tracking, returns, and refunds.
• Update CRM tools and accurately log all customer interactions.
• Represent each brand’s tone and values in all communications.
• Share customer feedback to improve sales processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet performance and service goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote experience in sales, customer support, or virtual assistance.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify.
• Familiarity with help‑desk tools like Gorgias and Zendesk.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
