Senior Air Ticketing Agent & Travel Business Development Partner

About the role

MBH Travel and Technology is seeking an experienced travel professional who can manage complex air ticketing operations while driving new corporate business. The role combines frontline reservation duties with proactive business development to grow the company’s high‑value client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international flight reservations, ticket issuance, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes using Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre.
• Handle complex itineraries, international fare rules, and airline reservation procedures.
• Leverage an existing network of corporate, VIP, NGO and executive travelers to generate repeat business.
• Identify, secure and develop new corporate travel accounts and long‑term relationships.
• Promote complementary services such as hotel bookings, travel packages, visa support and other travel‑related offerings.
• Meet agreed sales targets and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 4–5 years of proven air ticketing and travel agency experience.
• Established network of corporate clients and business contacts.
• Demonstrated ability to generate sales and attract new business.
• Professional, trustworthy, self‑motivated and results‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre GDS systems.
• Strong knowledge of international fare structures and airline reservation procedures.
