About the role
BGI Ethiopia is seeking energetic fresh graduates to join the sales team in Addis Ababa. You will learn the business, promote our products and develop a long‑term career in sales.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products to customers across the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Visit sales outlets regularly to ensure product availability, visibility and distribution.
- Work towards sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Monitor market activities, customer needs and competitor movements.
Required profile
- Recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics or a related field.
- High energy, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for sales.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
- Results‑driven mindset with willingness to work towards targets.
- Proactive, resilient and eager to learn, with willingness to travel within the territory.
