Senior BD Executive

About the role

The Senior BD Executive will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, presenting EASE Group’s services and driving new business opportunities. Working closely with senior management and cross‑functional teams, the role focuses on expanding the client base, entering new markets and increasing revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new market opportunities and onboard new clients.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Represent EASE Group in meetings, negotiations and contractual agreements with clients and partners.
• Attend industry events, conferences and networking sessions to promote the company’s solutions.
• Organise and lead client presentations, prepare tailored proposals and deliver solutions.
• Drive upselling and cross‑selling initiatives to enhance the value of current accounts.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and client feedback to improve sales performance.
• Provide regular feedback and detailed reports to the Business Development Head.
• Manage sales resources efficiently to meet business development targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prospecting efforts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or senior sales roles.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret market data.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team.
