Senior Brand Trade Marketing Manager – Premium & Innovation

About the role

The Senior Brand Trade Marketing Manager will lead a portfolio of premium and innovative brands, driving revenue, volume and brand power through strategic trade initiatives. You will act as the bridge between marketing and sales, translating brand strategies into effective commercial plans and market‑visible actions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute sustainable brand strategies covering route‑to‑market, portfolio, visibility and activations.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking and shopper insights to shape channel‑level plans.
• Manage a large trade marketing budget, allocating resources to maximize market share and brand performance.
• Design and roll out permanent and temporary visibility solutions, collaborating with global teams on POSM development.
• Lead cross‑functional stakeholders—including sales, procurement, finance and capabilities—to ensure alignment and execution.
• Monitor regional targets for brand volume, revenue and brand power, driving results through indirect sales team influence.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, marketing project management or finance.
• Proven ability to develop and implement brand strategies in a competitive environment.
• Experience managing sizable budgets and leading multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business or Marketing (BA, BSc, MA, MBA, MSc preferred).
