Senior Customer Service Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Officer to lead front‑office operations at our branch. The role involves delivering high‑quality service to customers, managing transactions and ensuring smooth daily banking activities. The successful candidate will act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their banking needs are met with professionalism and accuracy while collaborating with branch staff to uphold service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑office customer service support at the branch.
• Handle account management transactions, including cash and non‑cash operations.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and requests.
• Process all customer requests efficiently, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain records of transactions and ensure adherence to banking regulations.
• Assist in training junior staff as needed.

Required profile

• BSc or BA degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the banking industry.
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Customer Service Officer II or in a comparable position.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high‑volume transactions and resolve issues efficiently.
