Senior Engineer – Customer Support

About the role

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Senior Engineer to deliver technical‑oriented service tasks for our medical equipment portfolio. You will work both remotely and onsite, ensuring customers receive reliable support and optimal system performance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute installation, commissioning, maintenance, and evaluation of customer equipment and systems.
• Prioritize tasks, schedule actions, and manage delivery timelines.
• Provide remote and onsite user support, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with or manage sub‑contractors to ensure service quality.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal tools, processes, and data repositories.
• Ensure compliance with relevant processes, regulations, and safety standards.

• Technical mindset with experience in service‑oriented engineering tasks.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple technical projects.
