About the role

The Senior Human Capital Management Officer will join Goh Betoch Bank S.C. in its Human Capital and Supply Chain Management Department, based at the bank’s Head Office in Addis Ababa. This senior position is intended to lead and support human‑capital initiatives for the organization.

Key responsibilities

The posting does not detail specific day‑to‑day duties, but the role is expected to oversee human‑capital strategies and related activities within the bank.

Required profile

Minimum BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or any related business field.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
