Senior IT & Digital Risk Officer

About the role

The Senior IT & Digital Risk Officer will lead the identification, assessment and mitigation of technology‑related risks across the organization. This role works closely with cybersecurity and governance teams to ensure that digital assets are protected and that risk exposure is continuously monitored.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess and evaluate IT and digital risks throughout the enterprise.
• Prepare and present comprehensive risk reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to reduce threats and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Develop, update and enforce IT risk management policies, guidelines and controls.
• Provide technology risk advisory support to business units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT risk management, cybersecurity risk management, information security or technology governance.
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector is an advantage.

Required skills

• IT risk assessment and control evaluation.
• Technology governance and cybersecurity risk management.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001/27005, NIST, COBIT or similar frameworks.
• Ability to prepare risk reports and deliver advisory support.
• Policy development and implementation for IT risk management.
